MENZIERES-BERTELE’ METHOD

Method
MENZIERES-BERTELE’

It is based on the observation and treatment of the body as a whole. By respecting the body’s axis and addressing the compensations the body has developed over the years, length and elasticity are restored to the muscles. More space is created in the joints, allowing structures and tissues to find balance and harmony. The conscious use of breathing during the treatment helps to release muscle tensions.

Indications for treatment:

The method is applied in both orthopaedic and neurological conditions, in both adults and children.
