Podiatry is a paramedical discipline that treats numerous foot conditions using non-invasive methods, orthotic devices, and massage therapy. Upon medical prescription, it carries out preventive and therapeutic activities for the foot. It is practiced by the podiatrist, a rehabilitative healthcare profession recognised by the Ministry of Health.
