- 2004 Specialisation in the "Mézière-Bertelè" method at the G. Rigamonti Rehabilitation Centre, Merate (Lecco) - Three-Year Training Course.
- 2004 Specialisation in psychocorporal mediation (Dr. Antonella Fracasso Method) for group facilitation - One-Year Training Course.
- 1979–2002 Rehabilitation Therapist at Azienda Ospedaliera G. Salvini in Garbagnate Milanese, Neuropsychiatry Unit for Children and Adolescents. Experience in developmental teams within territorial services with preventive and rehabilitative activities.
- 1999–2006 Consultant for ASL Città di Milano in the Early Childhood Project “Coccole e Giochi” with group preventive activities aimed at parents and children aged 0 to 1 year. Experience in infant massage.
- 2002–2005 Freelance activity with ABPSI, Associazione di Promozione Sociale Onlus, involving therapeutic and rehabilitative work.
- Since 2004: Leading posture balance and gentle exercise groups.
- Since 2006: Facilitating weekly mother-baby groups in collaboration with “Istituto C. Chassagny” at the L’Incontro studio (Milan), aimed at parents and infants in their first year of life, including preventive activities and infant massage.
