The passage of time, sun exposure, stress, smoking, and a poor lifestyle cause the signs of aging on our skin: imperfections, skin spots, the appearance of wrinkles, dryness, and loss of elasticity, melasma or chloasma from hormonal changes or medication use.
At La Corte della Salute, it is possible to undergo treatments using the light beam of the CO2 laser.
The Fractional CO2 Laser is a small light beam that allows for the vapourisation of unwanted superficial cellular layers, avoiding damage to healthy tissue and providing a repair without scars and without bleeding.
In the 3-4 mm where the light beam penetrates, it initiates a process of stimulation of collagen fibres that are deteriorating, reactivating new fibroblasts, which are the cells responsible for forming new collagen, hyaluronic acid, and elastin, restoring tone and elasticity to the skin tissue of the face, neck, décolletage, as well as the backs of the hands or other areas of the body. The treatment should be repeated after 7 days to consolidate the result and maintain it for several months.
Advantages
The advantages the patient receives from this technique are the complete absence of bleeding, short intervention times, rapid healing, and aesthetic results that cannot be achieved with other surgical techniques. Particularly suitable for children and anxious patients.
